Spoonful's Chef's Table Series"Japanese-French Cuisine" Cooking Class & Wine Work Shop at Lewin Terrace

Celebrating Voilah French Festival, we will organize a Japanese-French Fusion Cooking Class! It is a great opportunity to learn the technique of Japanese-French fusion cuisine directory from the executive Chef Igarashi of Lewin Terrace. Enjoy the wine tasting and cooking class at charming black and white bungalow restaurant.

10:45-11:30 French Wine Lecture by French Sommelier Axel ( Opens only for attendees who are more than 18 years old and buy the ticket that includes wine lecture & tasting.)

11:30-12:30 Cooking Class by Executive Chef Igarashi

12:30-14:00 Lunch


Lesson Menu

1. Vegetable Terrine (Demo)

2. 3 different type of canapé
-Brandade*(Hands on) *Brandade is an emulsion of salt cod and olive oil eaten in winter with bread or potatoes.
-Duck and Welsh Onion Pnicho (Hands On)
-Shrimp Beignet (Hands On) 

3. 2 type of sauce: White Miso Sauce & Red Miso Sauce (Demo)

Lunch
Appetizer: Vegetable Terrine
Main: A choice of Sautéed Sea Bass with White Miso Sauce or Roast Chicken with Red Miso Sauce
Dessert:You will know the menu on the event day!

Sancerre 2013 from Jean Paul Picard, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, from Loire Valley (White)
Macon-Fuissé 2013 Gilles Noblet Chardonnay 100%, Biodynamic wine (White) 
Château Chantemerle 2008 Bordeaux blend (Red)


Remarks

If any of attendee would like to accompany children, please contact "Team Spoonful" info@alchemist.sg in advance.

Parents can accompany babies, however, if the babies cry, please leave the cooking lesson until babies become calm down.

Terms & Condition

-DAMAGE OR LOSS (Lewin Terrace)

Participant shall be responsible for any loss or damage to any Lewin Terrace arising from the event. The cost of replacement or repair will invoiced to be rendered at the end of the event or at any time thereafter.

-DAMAGE OR LOSS (Participant)

Participant shall be responsible for all property (whether belonging to the Participant or any other persons attending the scheduled event) placed, deposited, brought into or left in any part of the Lewin Terrace premises. Neither Lewin Terrace nor Spoonful(Alchemist Pte Ltd) shall be responsible for any safekeeping or custody of any Guests’ property. Under no circumstances will the Lewin Terrace or Spoonful make good or accept responsibility or liability in this respect.

-PAYMENTS

-Copyright of photos and video recording taken by Spoonful (Alchemist Pte Ltd) and its partners during the event will belong to Spoonful. Spoonful has the right to use the photos and video recording for PR and marketing purpose.

-The event organizer "Spoonful (Alchemist Pte Ltd)" is not responsible for any personal food allergy. Each attendee must take his/her own responsibility for any allergy.


-Cancellation of the class:

Booking will be confirmed once payment has been received.

Spoonful reserves the right to cancel or alter the class schedule. In the event of cancellation, all participants will be notified 5 days before the commencement of the class with a full refund.

No refund shall be given unless the class has to be cancelled.
